    Best program for browsing folder of short mp4 loops?

    There are sometimes short, few second loops of video

    Before it was always gifs but now mp4s and other formats are appearing more often.

    With gifs, you can sift through a folder of GIF's with ifranview.

    But with videos,
    1. You can't open videos with Ifranview
    2. In say VLC, you can't just press the right arrow key to go to the next video like you can with ifranview with gifs

    What's the best program for what I'm looking for?
