If your a student you can get 2007 Enterprize for cheap, it's equal to Ultimate.

Well, I can get anyone of these, Office Ultimate/Enterprise/Professional Plus/Professional 2007 and more, from my cousin. Just want to know which one.

Open Office

Office 2007 just blows. I'm no big fan of Open Office either (Abiword, latex, and Gnumeric ftw), but Microsoft really screwed up with the new interface. I wouldn't doubt that it's easier to learn for new users, but if you've used previous versions at all it's just hell. -
I been using Office forever and love the new interface on 2007.
-
Going from what I read on here, most people seem to prefer 2007. I want to try out 2007 sometime because the new interface interests me.
-
I like Office 2007
Have stopped using Open Office.

You're crazy, every last one of you

07 pro is good, it's just too much for a student. it is more for professional writers, like tech writers. 03 pro is simpler and works fine.

2007 Ultimate/Enterprise

MS Office 2007 is the best version I have ever used. I absolutely love it.

Do you mean Release/Version or Version/Suite?
I would go with Office 2007 in a suite in which at least OutLook, Word, and Excel were included. See this Comparision Chart for Office 2007. -

I use Works 6.0

Yeah, I have to agree that Office 2007 is tops in my book.
