    You could try and persuade your manufacturer to send you one for like $10 or something. It's worth a try if you can't find the d/l.

    If your computer is a Dell you can PM Chris in the Dell community forums and he'll send you an OEM disk, fast and free.

    If not Dell, I don't know; there is always the torrent option but apparently it's not legal, even if you use your own legal key to install, because the torrenters are not allowed to distribute.

    There are several threads on this in this forum, search around and you'll get a better idea.
