    Best way to share a VLC video + ability to pause across multiple computers

    You're watching a video on VLC on one computer

    You walk over to the next room out of boredom to your other computer and would like to watch the video right where you left off

    The best analogy I can think of is Apple's continuity. Youtube also does alright with this but is not perfect

    But then say the video's on your computer - not on the internet

    What's the fastest and easiest way to do this? Should be possible to mirror and control the VLC window on unconnected computers. Without remote desktoping a single computer.
