This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I need a free antivirus program that can scan and delete viruses quickly and efficiently. I deleted Norton since it was expired and takes up alot of memory i believe. I heard Avast and AVG is good. I went on AVG and it listed- free anti-virus, anti-spyware and anti-rootkit. Which do i download? But for Avast which do i download? Home?
    Which is better overall? Thanks for anyhelp.
