This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Black Viper

    I went on Black Viper's site and disabled the services under "tweaked" to speed up my computer. However, when I move things to the recycling bin, it's image stays on my desktop until I click "refresh." Does anyone know which service should be re-enabled to fix this or any other way to handle it? I tried to install a MS hotfix but it wouldn't install.

    One easy solution would be to download the default services settings files for your OS, that are hosted on BlackViper, and apply them..

    After that, *don't mess with your services if you are not sure of what you are doing*!!!

    Or else, start with the "safe" settings first and then proceed to the next one by one if you really want to find out the culprit here.
