Opened Conrol Panel and saw this:

How to fix this and what is it?

I tried CCleaner and fixed registry through him, but it didn't help.
I didn't do anything wrong with my Vista system, although i made a system scan( i have Avira AV) and it found 4 Troyans, i moved them to quarantine and then removed.

I don't like the Vista snipping tool. Printscreen is so much faster for capturing what's on the screen right now. And I like using GIMP anyways. :p

maybe you are on a desktop, where the keyboard is bigger. for laptops, they conserve space by having 2 keys in one

It does share it with SysRq, whatever that is, but SysRq is a Fn thing, so Prnt Scrn is the main one.

if you neither know what that bug is, nor how to fix it, then could someone check their Control Panel and report if i have the missed System icon (program)?

I want to know if this blank icon is a system or not, i mean - is it an icon of installed program or is it an icon of a system, vista program.

so one pal gave me a screenshot of his control panel, and found that i have a missing icon/system program - Language and Regional Settings.

What should i do to solve that bug?

I don't know why i've got that, maybe cos i used CCleaner to clear the incorrect registry entries..

With an odd problems like this, and the prior virus infection, I recommend just reformat, and reinstalling the OS if it is an open option. It will make things work again, and no need to find an obscure fix, besides it will make you feel safer using that laptop on sensitive information again...

I seem to sudddenly have the same issue as described here. No viral infections either. Any ideas how to remove or restore this icon in Control Panel.
