This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista and have been getting these on the lower right hand corner of the screen. I can't click on it and it is always on top.

    Can you tell me what this is and how to disable the notification? Thanks!

    Hummm, It isn't a Windows Firewall notification is it?
