Can you post the BSOD code? Should be something like this: 0x0000007e(0x0000ab45,0x00ad2311...etc). Also: Vista or XP?

You can see the code in the Event Viewer(System and Maintenance->Administrative tools), check the "System" tab.

In previous versions of Windows I think that almost 70% of the BSoD's where caused by graphics drivers but starting with Windows Vista the graphics drivers no longer run on kernel level, this means that if you are getting BSoD's in Vista this either means that have faulty hardware are some kernel level drivers are failing maybe the chipset drivers? You could scan your system on www.driveragent.com to see whether your drivers are up to date.

I don't know about _Vista, but on XP I get a BSOD every so often from the Netgear Domain Logon Service at startup, with an event error log that says, somewhat cryptically, that the file specified could not be found (of course, it doesn't indicate exactly which file).

So, it could be something like a wireless or bluetooth driver as well.
