    Wee!
Could you post your minidump file?
I believe its.. in C:\Windows\Minidump.. thought I'm not particularly sure.

Haven't had BSOD in a couple of years, have forgotten what it looks like.

My guess is that some device is not waking up after sleep.

What is the exact error message of the blue screen?

Don't bother posting the minidump, analyze it yourself with the bluescreenview utility from nirsoft.net.

A bsod while entering or waking up from sleep/hibernate is often caused by a bad/old device driver that doesn't respond properly to the sleep/hibernation commands **or** that the actual sleep/hibernation file on disk is badly fragmented.

Defragging the sleep/hibernation file and the page file are pretty much the ONLY legit (re: useful) defrags you can do on an NTFS disk. And once you do it, it's done for life unless you mess with it.

The minidump is in the windows\minidump folder (or something like that, on an XP machine at the moment), but it's a pain to upload because it's usually locked and access restricted.
