Well the first thing I would recommend is a fresh install. Something could of gone wrong in the previous installation, and a fresh install might just fix it.

What exactly did you buy from newegg? The OS disk, or the computer?

If it was the computer: Did you do a fresh install of the OS yourself?

If it was the OS disk: Did you follow all instructions when installing the OS? And did any problems occur while installation?

You could also try un-installing some new software you installed before this began happening, or any drivers.

...or, zip the C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini030609-01.dmp file and upload it here, someone can decode it for you.
(you can install & use windbg for that purpose as well, if you prefer decoding the file yourself)

You could also try error reporting to Windows - sometimes it may help.
