I have a Cingular Motorola V551 with bluetooth. Is there any freeware that will allow me to download my address book to my laptop also equipped with bluetooth? I tried MobTime Cell Phone Manager and it did not work for me.

    Thanks

Like the Scream avatar, by the way. They found that piece the other day--someone had stolen it a few years ago.

I never have been successful in finding freeware to work with Motorola phones (even pre-bluetooth days). Best wishes to you, though. Maybe someone will be able to help.

for a moto....MPT motorola phone tools....or any of the dozens of p2k apps. You realize you can access the phone with nothing but the BT connection and no software? Of course the one thing you cant get that way is your phonebook. Come over to www.motox.info and look in the dl section for plenty of free apps. Most do require a cable though. PM me over there if you need any help

Thanks for the responses. I'm aware of the file transfer but phonebook was the main reason.
