WifiHopper is a small (just a couple of MBs) Wifi connection manager wich replaces the windows or the bundled with network card ones. It's very efficient and stable, consumes few reources.

I'm looking for something similar to manage my Bluetooth device. I want to use my laptop to connect with a mouse, and a 3G phone acting as modem to access the internet and pda to store info.

    Thanks
