    Hi Guys
    wondered if you could help
    I'm trying to downgrade from an acer aspire one 521 from win 7 to Xp and although I'm able to alter boot sequence to see my usb key with xp on i just keep getting no operating sysytem
    This must be a known issue and I will search the site but as usual this needs to be done yesterday

    I've a bootable usb which is good
    However beforehand in my rush I formatted the hard drive from DOS and as a consequence have no windows.old folder
    Now when i try to finish the setup it keeps looking for certain dll and sys files
    Do i have to reinstall win 7 again first before i try downgrade to xp or do you know a shortcut I can try
