Hi everyone!
So I recently decided to clean out my Laptop and start over. Having loaded up the installation USB menu, i deleted the partitions on both HDD's and created a new one on Disk 0. I installed Windows 7 Ultimate (x64bit). After it finished installing, as expected, it reset. Unfortunately it then showed the MBR Error 1 on boot. I put in a Windows 7 Bootable CD and this got me through the final parts of setup. However, after each restart needed, the screen would show MBR Error 1 - unless i booted from CD! This problem persists even after I've installed Windows and can boot into the home screen.
What should I do guys? :S

Have you tried changing the boot device order in the BIOS making the system try and boot from the hard drive first and the CD Drive second?
Try that first and see if the installation continues on it's own (as it should after the first reset).
If that doesn't work, try a CMOS reset. That is, shut down, remove the battery, and the power cord from the notebook. You then need to unscrew the cover of whatever brand of notebook you have and unplug the button battery from the motherboard Then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. This will reset the BIOS back to their default settings. Then plug the button battery, regular battery, and power cord back in and start back up.
Boot with CD or MBR Error 1
