Is it possible to have Vista boot and run off of an Express Card SSD? I just bought a Lexar 16GB Express Card Solid State Drive and I want to run Vista off of it and use my HDD just as a storage device for files, etc.

Can you select the Express card disk as a boot device in the bios?

I like this idea, might do the same if it is possible?

I will check my bios to see if I can boot of my internal SD drive, if so I will try installing XP on it...

I don't think there are any express cards that will slide in flush against the laptop. I personally don't want stuff sticking out. Not especially if I use it on the go alot.
