    wow, that video quality is horrible.

    But you should be able to do that by just scaling your video with the re-size settings (ensure that uniform scaling is off so you can play with the vertical and horizontal scaling). The background to be filled by most video editors is normally black so you need not worry about the unused space of the video.

    I don;t think Roxio easy media 9 suit has this or at least I can't find it.
