So since I got my Inspiron 9100, I've been on a blitz on making this "my machine". Very picky about what goes on it.. and very picky about how the system looks as whole and what small windows modifications I make on it. I've found a bunch of programs that do neat thigns and thought I'd share them wtih you, maybe you would find them usefull. If you have any neat programs, list them!

If you want a good program, check out Slickrun.
It enables you to launch any program you want with with your own predefined commands.

I hardly ever use the start menu anymore.

Another good 'all-in-one' utility is...Tweak-XP Pro. I've been using it for years.
