    Broadcasting on the laptop

    I'm not sure if a software is needed, but I have a built-in microphone on my laptop, is there a way for me to speak into my laptop and have my voice be broadcasted out from the speakers?

    Yes - just right click the audio symbol in your task bar, go to the speaker and activate the microphone.

    (which is switched off by default)

    BUT: it possibly won't work too well unless you have a dedicated microphone, as the microphone will pick up the laptop speakers and it'll go round in a circle culminating in some higher frequency beep.
