    Broken Win 10 apps after 1511 still no fix ?

    Hello everyone,

    Recently my M$ store stopped working, so I tried the fix, of reinstalling apps with powershell which actually broke all my apps. No way I can restore without risking to loose my apps and data..
    No fix yet from M$ ? too busy to force people to migrate ?

    Help please !

    How about using Windows system restore as a start, unless you've already tried that?

    I avoided it, I'm afraid to loose apps and new files. Is there an option to only restore system files ?

    You could try the System File checker thing but I'm not sure if that will restore your apps - its saved a few machines for me in the past though and worth a try IMO
