Hi, on some web pages i get partial load of the page.
When the pages load, the background and the images are missing, the drop down menus are just plain text.
Ive tried to uninstall Avast, Ad-Aware, java, flash and disabling the firewall.
Tried to reinstall all the programs, using CCleaner, in various combination. Google didn't help either.
It happens on all the browsers IE, Chrome and Firefox.
    Im running 64-bit win 7.

    PLS help!

I know i need to install something, because as i said it's like that on all the browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox), but i dont know what.

Ive copied the errors from the page, same in all browsers, but i dont know what to make of them.

I tried your links and it says: NC INTERACTIVE, INC, 64.25.35.238:443 TCP connection blocked. I'm not sure what's going on on that website and I'm not letting my guard down to find out. You tell us what's wrong with it.

PS: 64.25.35.18:443 TCP also blocked, they think they're slick.

The site should be fine, its an official account creation page of NCsoft, for playing Lineage2 and Aion, the link to that page leads directly from Lineage II - Goddess of Destruction | Now Truly Free
On other computers the page loads just fine, tried to load it at work and on my friends PC.
The strange thing is that i checked the link on my iphone with the same result, partial load. Can it be something with the router, maybe its blocking the site?
