I used my phone hotspot that runs of a different carrier company as my main internet connection went down today.

I tried to access a webpage but denied and returned to the carrier webpage.

But now I'm on my main internet connection I'm getting redirected to my phone's carrier website.

I cleared cookies, restarted chrome, ran TDSSkiller, scanned google chrome folder with MSE, nothing.

    Can anybody help?

    this is for windows 7
not sure about this but this is worth a try.
if youve still got your phone wifi turned on then turn it off. also turn off your laptop wifi F11 and reboot computer.
now turn you laptop wifi back on F11 and it should pick up your home wifi.
if not right click on connection icon on taskbar bottom right and open network and sharing centre and click on disconnect below globe icon.
then click manage wireless networks on left menu. is your home router in the list. if so click it and connect.
hopefully that will work for you.
