Its a Memory Access Violation. Most likely a driver conflict.
If you've recently updated any drivers, rollback to the previous ones.
And run a Memory test..(Vista's memory diagnostic tool will be fine) -

You've got a funky driver that caused the kernel to crash. Check in the event log for an error log entry (it'll have a big red and white "X" next to it) - there might be several - that should identify which particular driver or file caused the BSOD.
