So I'm coming from using Vista. I decided to burn a mp3 cd using Windows 7.
Why is the CD formatting? How do I keep Win 7 from closing the session? Everytime I try to burn a cd I can't get around this and it ends up not working in my car's CD player. I select use 'Live File System' but it still does all this bs.
In vista all I had to do was drag the files into the CD directory and that's it. There was no formatting or anything.

No i'm not trying to "close session". I want to leave it open and have it read as an MP3/Data CD

Use mastered file system when burning or use a CD burning program (WMP 12).
