I want to get Vista Business for my desktop which now has the original XP Pro. Is it worth it to pay $150 for Vista on eBay?

What are the hardware specifications of your computer?
Also, for what reason do you want to be running Windows Vista on that computer?

IMO if you waited this long to get Vista might as well wait a bit more to get Windows 7 unless you must.

for a desktop i would get ultimate. more games, plus the media center to watch live tv, dvd, music, photos, etc.

It is worth it? NOPE. Only because Win7 is near.

Well to me, the only difference between Vista Premium and Vista Ultimate is a green and black box. :p
