What the heck is this file C:\Windows\System32\PerfStringBackup.TMP that my computer is writing to like 100000 times a day and killing my SSD? I tried renaming it or setting it to write only but it just makes PerfStringBackup.TMP1, PerfStringBackup.TMP2, PerfStringBackup.TMP3, ... .no end.

Says that it's being written by WMIADAP.exe.
