The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    - Added system tray icon when background cleaning.
    - Added minimize to system tray option.
    - Optimized file deletion routines.
    - Improved Firefox file analysis speed.
    - Added text status info for slow cleaning processes.
    - Added program icons to the uninstall tool.
    - Fixed bug with saving window location when maximized.
    - Fixed bug with 64bit OS registry keys.
    - Fixed cookie issue with foreign language usernames.
    - Fixed bug with running CCleaner as a scheduled task.
    - Added Netscape 9.0 support.
    - Updated Antivir and Foxit Reader cleaning.
    - Minor GUI tweaks and fixes.
    - Other minor bug fixes.

    Netscape is stopping it's browser services soon. So I guess kudos for support on legacy applications. :D

    Netscape is alright but you should really think about switching to Firefox dude. They discontinued netscape a little while ago. Firefox and netscape are practically the same too.

    I use three IE, Netscape and Firefox with Firefox being my main, its just hard to let go of something you've held onto for so long. Sorta like Mosaic, which won't run once I switch to Vista 64 anymore ;p

    Netscape was like my first love...my fav browser back then...
    I tried their latest verison recently...no advatnage of using it..
    FF just pwns every browser
