Temporary files are just that, temporary. Overall they are only convenient for certain things and not necessary at all.

i trust and use ccleaner to delete all temp files and fix all registry errors. never had a problem with my system till this day

Same here, never had a problem with CClaner yet.
Also - CCleaner isn't the most thorough programme, there will be termporary files left, but this is to make it safe. -

Yes It's safe.I been using this Software since the beta version and I didnt experience any problem.

Yes perfectly fine. You can set it so that it doesn't remove your cookies and log you out of everything.
