    Temporary files are just that, temporary. Overall they are only convenient for certain things and not necessary at all. :)

    i trust and use ccleaner to delete all temp files and fix all registry errors. never had a problem with my system till this day

    Same here, never had a problem with CClaner yet.

    Also - CCleaner isn't the most thorough programme, there will be termporary files left, but this is to make it safe.

    Yes perfectly fine. You can set it so that it doesn't remove your cookies and log you out of everything.
