    Hi all,

Can someone explain how to use the CHC ATI speed controls correctly?
They dont make too much sense to me.

I would like to have it overclock the X600, and then clock-down when not in use.
But it only seems that one or the other can be selected?
    Is this right?

    Thanks!

Yeah, as far as I can tell it's manual, not automatic like the CPU clocking.

I just clock my GPU downwhen I'm just websurfing/word processing, then clock it back up when I'm watching a DVD or doing anything else graphic intensive. A little annoying, but much better for battery life and heat that way.

    Hm, ok, thanks.

So there is nothing for ATI like the nVidia drivers where itll change to a faster speed when running 3D?
This would be a very handy thing to have.
