    CPU &or GPU temp only reading app!!!

    anybody know any software app that measures CPU &or GPU temp? please provide link. dont recommend NHC notebook hardwae control or RMClock they tend to affect vista power mgmnt in a bad way. i dont know, maybe its only me. vista's pm goes nuts once i install the above. anyone know apps that only read temp - NHC style, because RMClock relies on a cpu that already has a temp reading chip onboard but NHC reads the temp from the bus...

    Try rivatuner for your gpu, and speedfan for your cpu.

    Dunno why the others are affecting your OS, they have worked fine for me in the past.

    And no need to make 2 threads about this, 1 is enough.

    i second speedfan (just make sure you run it as admin)
    it also monitors hdd temps
