I want to know out of the two software9 both ahve same function) which one is using more resources.

1- use about 15 MB memeory but 2%CPU usage spike every 5 second in Task manager.

2- other one uses about 6 MB of memory but 2-3% CPu usage spike almost every 1-2 seconds.

Which one will affect the PC performance more in a negative way?

both of those sets of numbers are so low (for both ram and cpu) that it's something you will not notice as a user.
