    how do i find out what is constantly using up my cpu?...my cpu usage is always at 80-100% range....wutz wrong?

    Do you have tons of programs running? Have you checked Task Manager? Run two antivirus scans and multiple antispyware scans.

    I think you got too many programs working in the Background, uninstall something or close some programs.. Maybe you got too many startup programs too..

    yeah in task manager (press ctrl alt delete) go to processes and click on the columb CPU and then it will organize it by highest to lowest cpu lowest cpu usage
