This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    For some reason, I thought you were talking about the OS Microsoft was developing in the mid-90's that was eventually scrapped.

    It's taken at least two years to get this far... and most of it still doesn't work!

    I think it's supposedly (according to the devs...) the best UI available, so it should even make W7 better.
