    Can I Use Home Premium Remote with Vostro?

    My desktop came with Vista Home Premium and a remote which came with an external usb IR receiver. Since I will be using my laptop more than my desktop, I wanted to use this remote with my laptop. My laptop already has a built-in IR receiver.

    Can I use the the Home Premium Remote on my Vostro with built-in IR receiver? If so, how do I go about doing this?
