    If you don't have the installation CDs then you will either have to borrow a copy, ask your manufacturer if you can buy a copy, or you are out of luck.

    I figured it would be that easy but wasnt sure. Ive neverre installed XP before. Wait so do I need a genuine copy or can i download it then input the code??

    There aren't any downloadable copies of MCE2005, at least not legitimate ones. If you are asking about an illegal copy you won't find any help here about it and you will probably get your thread closed.
