As the title states. I know that only XP Pro can use the MUI packs provided so XP Home owners are out of luck, but if I choose to do a clean reinstall and select another language, will the entire OS be in that new language?

Also, are CD keys tied to a specific language?

    Thanks. :)

I'm pretty sure you need to do clean install or you end with a frankenstein install with mixed languages.

Key is not tied to language but specific type of install disc. With XP you can't mix OEM, Retail, Upgrade or VLK discs and licenses together, that is exceptionally sucky if you have just a key and no idea what license it actually is.
