    Can I disable Office groove moniter and four Nvidia entries in my startup ? Please see image attached....

    Verdict: Disable, I would say it seems useless for yourself, but that's just my opinion.

    NV Driver Helper: forces an override of the refresh rate for your GPU
    Verdict: Disable, if you start having weird things happen in game, try re-enabling.

    NV Compatible...: ?
    Verdict: Enable, you could try to disable it and see what happens though.

    NV Media Center Library: http://www.auditmypc.com/process/nvmctray.asp
    Verdict: Enable, again, you can disable and see if things change.

    NV Hotkey Service: allows hotkeying for GPU options. Ie changing clocks on the fly, etc.
    Verdict: Disable, unless you feel you need them.
