I forgot my password but it's still logged in Digsby. Can I use digsby to find the password?

Most likely no. Digsby is a third-party program and is not affiliated with AOL.

Just use password recovery on the AOL website or contact AOL directly. Can't be more simple than this.

I can't. I don't know my recovery question's answer because I probably made it when I was 10. I can't contact aol directly because contacting them is now pay-only.

    edit: Digsby has

    username: Myusername
    password: *********

Anyway chance I can view the pass somehow in memory?

At least with Firefox you can see the passwords stored in the browser.
Tools > Options > Security > Saved Passwords

No idea if there is similar with other browsers.

Yep, Digsby now stores the password/username information in an encrypted format (in its earliest versions, it was not), so you will not be able to recover it from Digsby.

I haven't used the AIM client in years, but perhaps this link will help.

"5. Answer your Security Question. "

    =\

So absolutely unacceptable that I have to PAY to get service. What an irredeemably ridiculous company.
