Hey guys, my bloat is getting kinda ridiculous lately and I'm looking to start fresh, but when I first installed windows 7 I more or less had to kung-fu fight Microsoft just so I could register my purchased copy. Im a little afraid to go through that again

Is there some method that wipes your HD and starts windows fresh without a third party reformat and new Win install?

You can use ABR (activation-backup-restore) to backup your activation, then just re-format, then restore activation. Or Windows System Restore if you have restore points saved back that far.
