Can I use keyboard entirely instead of mouse in Google Chrome?

I know that I can hit PgUp or PgDown to replace mouse scrolling.
However, what is the short-cut key to shift between tabs?
and is there any faster way of pointing at what I want instead of using "Tab" alone? It takes so long to spot out something with "Tab" and if I am not careful enough, I'll miss it and have to re-do it from the beginning

I often browse websites with Google Chrome and use keyboards. I want to know if I can entirely use keyboards to reduce fatigue of my right hand frequently shifting between keyboards and the mouse

Like said, lots of shortcuts, but the "tab" button thing, just shift + tab to go in reverse.

Another thing about hand fatigue is to just switch hands occasionally or on certain computers. I am just as good with the mouse with my left hand as my right.
