DAEMON Tools Pro definitely can - it's used for mounting CD images and the like, basically a way to avoid having to swap CD's in and out of the drive. Though of course you may well want to leave it on for that reason. DAEMON Tools can be started manually as well.

RivaTunerWrapperApplication should be fine for turning off - RivaTuner is used for overclocking, and there shouldn't be any problem with starting it manually.

McAfee could be turned off, but it's probably your anti-virus, so do so at your own risk.

ECenter appears to be some Dell software, and if so it could be turned off. But make sure it isn't a driver first - that C:\Dell folder is often used for unzipped drivers as well.

Otherwise I'm pretty sure they all have to do with something you want to be working - audio, trackpad, hard drives, and video card. It's curious that your NVIDIA stuff is over two different versions, and I'm not sure why that may be, but until more is known about it I wouldn't turn them off.

All of them can be disabled.

However, you need to determine how the McAfee one is used. If it is an update one, you can do it manually, but you might want it done automatically.

If you disable something that you should not, then go back and enable it.

All of them can be removed except for McAfee and IDT Audio.

LOL @ Jakpro's comment, of course "everything" can be turned off, you will just ended up with some stuff not working.

Apollo13 and Silas Awaketh have the best answers so far.

OEM02Mon.exe -> Creative Live! Cam Console Auto Launcher (If you don't use it, you can disable it.)

RAID Event Monitor -> IAA Event Monitor User Notification Tool - part of Intel(r) Application Accelerator - "a performance software package for desktop PCs using select Intel(r) chipsets" that "replaces the ATA drivers that come with Windows with drivers optimized for desktop and mobile PCs." If you use the RAID version it's required to notify you if a RAID 1 disk has failed.

Microsoft Intellipoint -> I suspect that you've some kind of M$ mouse, if you disable this, some special mouse functions might not work.

Nvidia Hotkey Service -> You can turn this off if you don't use any Nvidia hotkeys to switch display for example.

Nvidia Driver Helper -> This is to force a refresh rate, some people need this for some games and stuff. If you don't need to adjust the default refresh rate, you can turn this off.
