Can anyone help with Outlook problmes related to a Blackberry?

Well, for some reason I cannot look up names anymore in my contacts/phone. What I mean is, if for example I am looking "Jon Doe" and I type in "J", I will see "Jon Doe" in the address list. However, once I add one or two more letters, it says "no addresses".
Its the weirdest thing.

One other thing-yesterday, I decided to start deleting categories that were on my BB, that arent on my "master category" list and that were pulled in from an old legacy list from my old version of outlook. Reason being, they were taking up too much space.

For some reason, the contacts are still in my address book, I just cant search fro them anymore.

Any ideas?

 

Did you delete the categories from the BB, or Outlook? I'd suggest that the "clean up" should occur in Outlook and then re-sync to the BB.

I did it in the Blackberry.
Why would that cause this problem though?
