Wierdest thing: when I remove my Dell Laptop from my docking station, my taskbar is there but its completely see-through and I cant see the tabs!

I have to run my mouse over it slowly and wait for the little pop up windows to appear to show me what tabs I have open.

    Any idea whats going on?
