I have an official XP disc with a key that works fine, but the disc is old and just has XP without any service packs and no patches. Therefore, every time I reinstall XP I have to go through the long process of downloading all patches and service packs. I was wondering if MS had an ISO file or something with SP# and all current patches, that I could download in one shot and burn to a disc? Then I would install it and use my key.

The answer to your question is NO, nothing from MS at least for us common folk.

Do a Google search for ... nlite sp3 slipstream ... and you will find what you seek.

    Edit:
Thanks to "no1uknow" reminding that the ISO is available from MSDN/Technet if you have a subscription.

The most current iso available from Microsoft is up to and including Service Pack 3, and that is only available to MSDN/Technet subscribers. MS will not release any newer, fully updated ISOs unless a SP4 would ever come out, which im sure it won't.
