    Can you still upgrade Windows 10S to Windows 10?

    A number of the affordable ultraportable laptops are running Windows 10S.

    However, the relative I am shopping for needs full Windows 10, such as Windows 10 Home.

    Is there an easy process at this time by which they can upgrade a new Windows 10S computer to Windows 10?
