Well, in Computer I try to get a system rating, but when it starts it tells me that I am on battery power and I need to switch to AC, however my battery is at 100% and I am plugged in. I'm using a Macbook Pro, which I think is the problem, but is there a way to fix this?

Are you running it through Boot Camp? I quick Google shows lots of people able to do system ratings.
