Everytime I start or shutdown, I have the timer set to zero but it still pops up. This became a problem when I had my first hitch with vista and I couldn't try to start normally because it kept going to the boot manager screen.

I prefer vista over xp for everything, so I just need to know how to delete it PERMANENTLY, not set the timer to zero, but literally put it so that the option never pops up. Xp is already uninstalled.
