    Can't access Windows services or computer management

    Everytime I click on services or computer management in the control panel, or if I run it through command prompt or windows + R, or if i right click Computer > manage, I get an error:

    This is really a problem as Im trying to install new drivers. ANyone have any ideas on this one? Windows Vista Ultx64, specs in sig.

    The dissociation of that file type is a very big red flag. Check your computer for viruses and trojans.
