I've got 3 toolbars at the top of IE. I want to get rid of the top one, move the the buttons and address bar search down and get rid of bling. When I right click on the tool bar, go to customize - add or remove commands is grayed out. I disabled all the add-ons but bling cannot be disabled or removed, all the options are grayed out. Bling is also not in add remove programs. Anyone got a clue?

Hi. In IE 7 and 8, you cannot move the menu bar (File, Edit...etc.) above the navigation buttons, address bar, and search box by default. You can customize this by using IE 7 Pro ( http://www.ie7pro.com/) and opening the IE 7 Pro preferences window. Check the box that says "Top IE menu", click OK, then restart IE.
To get rid of Bing and change search providers, do this:
In IE, go here: http://www.ieaddons.com/en/searchproviders
Find the search provider you want to add and click "Add to Internet Explorer"
When IE displays the confirmation dialog box, check the "make this my default search provider" check box in the window. This will replace Bing with whatever provider you chose.
Good Luck!
