I'm on XP pro. I've been trying to drag and drop icons to the toolbar on the bottom of the screen, but it wouldn't drop; only see a circle with a backslash in it. Anyone one knows how to fix it? :( Would appreciate!

No. Somehow the IE and Firefox icon got in the toolbar (not dragged by me), but I can't drop anything there (I can't drop the above two icons either--they got there somehow). I can drag, but not drop.
